SHIPPING POLICY

Oak and Olive Handmade LLC offers free shipping on orders over $50.00. Otherwise, shipping flat rate USPS Priority Mail for Customers within the United States of America.

Estimated arrival time of orders depends on your proximity to our Home Studio, but typically arrives in 3-5 Business Days. Transit times may be longer during peak delivery windows. Tracking information will be provided for each order.

Porch pickup is available at no cost. Please select "Porch Pickup" at checkout and await email notification that your order is ready for local pickup prior to traveling to our Home Studio.

We do not ship internationally at this time. Please check back for international shipping options.

REFUND, RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the nature of our products and services, Oak and Olive Handmade does not accept returns or exchanges.

If you are dissatisfied for any reason, then please contact us via the Site's chat feature or contact form, email or phone number within 5 Business Days with a refund request. We will handle each refund request on a case-by-case basis.
